Angelo and Chrissy Kalyvas | Beach Byron Bay Weddings

Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Kalyvas who tied the knot on Saturday 22nd May 2021 at Beach Byron Bay on Clarkes Beach. This was by far one of the best weddings I have ever been too; from a light hearted ceremony, to toasting champagne while signing their marriage certificate, to making a grand entrance by swinging straight into their first dance, their party started from the moment Angelo and Chrissy tied the knot.

Inside Angelo and Chrissy love story 💕My Two Best Friends 💕

Swipe right of left Wasn’t it guys? (laugh) What started off as online chatting banter for many weeks turned into Angelo leaving a bucks on the Sunshine Coast one weekend. He decided to travel to the Gold Coast rather than home to Sydney to meet the chick he had been eagerly chatting up for the past several weeks. Although Chrissy knew Angelo was Greek she still took the risk in booking a Greek restaurant ‘Hellenika’. Don’t you know Chrissy that Greeks think they are the best chefs, you can’t out do a Greek’s slow cooked lamb isn’t that right Ange? But lucky for you the lamb did not disappoint and the restaurant was a hit. Although Chrissy being Chrissy changed her outfit and handbag a few times she did not disappoint Angelo either. Angelo’s first impression of Chrissy was “Look at this hottie rocking up in this white little dress and her sparkling white little car with those white beaming teeth and a smile that goes for miles!!!” Angelo fell in love with Chrissy’s beautiful soul, heart and personality. Also her caring personality and the significance she puts in maintaining relationships to those that genuinely deserve it. It was from that moment she had him hook line and sinker. He could not have asked for a more caring and passionate woman to have met. Let alone looking into her eyes is like looking into the depths of the Mediterranean sea; blue and captivatingly warm. Chrissy isn’t any Eddie Murphy in terms of cracking jokes however she makes Angelo laugh with her silly comments and forgetfulness in things that are literally right in front of her. Chrissy you has transformed Angelos life. Quite literally, he hasn’t been able to wipe the smile off his face. She has embraced his family and friends as if they were her own and in fact, have embraced them so much so that Angelo has connected with old friends on a more personal level. She has made him a better version of himself and for that he cannot thank his lucky stars enough that she made her way into his life. Chrissy fell in love with Angelo’s huge heart that he wears genuinely on his sleeve. He is the most caring and considerate person -sometimes a little too much so and she has had to tell him to back off. She loves his family as much as he love hers. You both have similar traits…..except that Angelo is an absolute ‘Doer’. Give Angelo an idea and he has a plan into action before Chrissy even gets off the couch. Chrissy can be quite the procrastinator and likes to think things through, but that is where they balance each other out. Angelo has the biggest cheesy grin that always makes Chrissy smile (as you can see by all their photos). Chrissy loves how Angelo is always up for a good laugh and trying to make her happy anyway he can. Angelo is the most amazing dad and Chrissy could have not wished for a better father to Serafim. … She loves seeing him give Serafim kisses all over his face and making him giggle and squeal…He is one great cocktailer and homemaker also. Angelo brings the best out in Chrissy and life is complete with him and Serafim.

You are the ‘A’ team, you bounce off each other, like two peas in a pod. To me, and I believe everyone here will agree, you two are the most genuine, loyal, caring friends anyone could ask for. I will never forget the first time I met Angelo and his big Greek infectious personality. My first impression was who is this outrageous loud larrikin and what has he done to my friend, Chrissy. She was smiling ear to ear. I had not seen her so happy in so long and I knew at that moment that Chrissy had found the perfect guy for her. Your love grew like nothing else, and next minute you were packing up your life and moving to Sydney. It was the best decision you ever made and it is was sincere pleasure on Saturday 22nd May 2021 to marry two best friends and soul mates.
