Rick and Caroline Rowlinson – Figtree Restaurant Wedding Byron Bay

On Saturday 1st August at Figtree Restaurant wedding venue, Rick and Caroline chose love; to marry their soul mate, the one they laugh with, live for, dream with and love eternally. Although the day may not have looked like what they had anticipated, they have shown strength and resilience in this crazy time in their lives. Whilst I know they were disappointed that they were unable to celebrate this special moment with all their friends and family, they have made the decision to celebrate their love for one another and start the next chapter in their lives as husband and wife.

How did this love story start?

From the moment Rick first laid eyes on Caroline in June 2016 at a jobsite he was instantly besotted by her. To him she was one of a kind, you came across incredibly confident, intelligent and very sexy. After his first dinner out with Caroline there was instant chemistry and Rick soon grew to be infuscated with her. Over the next three months he did everything possible to get to Caroline, even creating fake events to get to know her more.

The feelings were mutual Caroline thought Rick was an absolute gentlemen, offering to give her a lift home after their first dinner; even though he wasn’t even the one driving. Carrying her heavy gym bag and walking her inside her house. That night Caroline knew there was more to a casual meet and instantly felt the need to message her mum to tell her about Rick and how pretty handsome and insanely lovely he was.

Caroline fell in love with Rick’s drive and overall work ethic, how he is so good at getting things done and ensuring they are done right the first time. He is a perfectionists always completing small tasks with such care and consideration. It really shows the kind and considerate nature of his personality. Rick makes Caroline laugh with his silly science and space facts.

Rick fell in love with how driven Caroline is to succeed in life and that she always bring the best out in him. He loves how she laughs at her own jokes. How she snuggles into him, only when she is cold but. Rick loves how overly affectionate she is and cutely in love Caroline gets with him after a couple of wines.

Together you have grown so much as people, a beautiful sign of your love for each other. Together life has a purpose and I wish you boundless love and happiness as you create your dreams as husband and wife.

So blessed to have been a part of your special day and your infectious smile, happiness and love.
